Girls Day at the Capitol

Spending the day at the Alabama State Capitol in Montgomery for Girls Day at the Capitol was an inspiring experience that reminded me how important it is for young women to be informed, engaged, and confident in their ability to lead.

Girls Day at the Capitol provides students from across Alabama the opportunity to learn firsthand about state government, public service, and leadership. Walking through the historic halls of the Capitol and hearing from women who serve our state was both empowering and encouraging.

I am thankful to everyone who made this day possible and for the leaders who took the time to invest in the next generation. Experiences like this encourage young women to dream big, serve faithfully, and step confidently into leadership roles.
